Where's my Troy?

I can still remember the days when I started liking the movie, “High School Musical”. It was during my high school days, 3^rd year if I’m not mistaken when the fairytale started to bloom in my mind. Funny thing about this “childhood memories” is that, I collected each month’s magazine issues of the movie and even collected random things that have pictures of the movie characters on it. I am so in love with Troy, that’s true. Not the real actor, Zac Efron, but the character “Troy” in the movie. His charm, sweetness, voice, sincerity, everything.. leading me of having this dream of marrying someone like him in the future. Some of my friends do actually know that info about me. I even had this High School Musical diary that has a note on its last page, “I wanna see my Troy”.

 

Kiddo but that’s me back then. I am just a simple woman who longs for someone like Troy. Hehe J) That someone who will dance and sing with me, someone who will do his best to make me feel loved and valued, someone who will treat me like a princess… Above all, of course, a true follower of Christ.

Remembering the song, “Can I have this dance?” makes me have this thoughts of how two persons should handle a certain relationship. Whatever comes in their way, as long as they believe on each other, they will keep on fighting for it. Truly sweet.

What made me love the movie? The story.

The movie, on its simplicity, showed how someone should think and act on every circumstances in life, basically when deciding. The movie also showed how someone should value “TRUE FRIENDSHIP”.

It’s good to reminisce. It makes me smile whenever I hear the movie’s songs and have those childhood thoughts again in my mind. It’s so cute but with point. Oh Troy, when, how and where will I meet you? :”>
